These come from your ISSUP.net profile. The Academy reads them from ISSUP.net and refreshes overnight, so a change you make there shows up here the next day.

To update your member profile, first log in to your ISSUP account, and click on the ‘My ISSUP’ button on the top left corner of the page, and click 'Account Settings' to make your changes. You can find more details here.

You can't edit them in the Academy. That is deliberate: it keeps the name on your certificates and the name on your membership record identical.
