What is on your profile, what you can change here, and what has to be changed on ISSUP.net
How do I see my profile?
Select your initial or photo at the top right, then Profile. It shows your name, country, the courses you are enrolled on and any badges you have earned.
How do I change my name, email or country?
These come from your ISSUP.net profile. The Academy reads them from ISSUP.net and refreshes overnight, so a change you make there shows up here the next day.
To update your member profile, first log in to your ISSUP account, and click on the ‘My ISSUP’ button on the top left corner of the page, and click 'Account Settings' to make your changes. You can find more details here.

How do I add a profile photo?

How do I change my notification and email settings?
Select your initial or photo, choose Preferences, then Notification preferences. Every type of notification can be turned on or off separately for the web and for email. Message preferences control who is allowed to message you.
Who can see my profile?
Other signed-in learners can see your name and photo, in a course forum for instance. Your email address is hidden by default. You can change what is shown under Preferences, then Edit profile.
How do I close my account or delete my data?
Your Academy account is part of your ISSUP membership, so closing it is handled on ISSUP.net. Get in touch through the contact form.
Closing your membership takes your Academy access with it, so download any certificates you want to keep first.
Where is the privacy policy?
ISSUP's privacy policy covers the Academy.
The Academy stores your course progress, results and certificates so that you can return to your learning and prove what you have finished.
