Can I use the Academy on my phone?

Yes. The Academy works in a phone or tablet browser, and there is an app as well.

You can view a guide and access the app using the Moodle Mobile App link.

  1. Go to our Moodle Workplace App page. This includes a step-by-step guide for downloading the App for both iOS and Android. 
  2. Open the app and enter the site address academy.issup.net.
  3. Select Log In and sign in through ISSUP.net.
  4. Your courses and specialisations appear under My Learning or My Courses.

The Moodle Workplace app can download course content to use without a connection. Anything you do offline is sent back to the Academy the next time the app connects.

No. The app signs you in through ISSUP.net exactly as the website does.

The app can notify you about your courses. Turn them on or off in the app's settings, or under Preferences, then Notification preferences, on the website.

Check the site address is typed exactly as academy.issup.net, with no spaces. If that is right and it still won't connect, update the app from the store and try again.
