Continuing Education credits through NAADAC, and using Academy learning for professional development.
Does the Academy offer CE credits?
Yes. ISSUP is an approved education provider with NAADAC, the Association for Addiction Professionals, and eligible courses carry NAADAC Continuing Education credits.
How do I know if a course carries CE credits?
The course description says so, along with the number of credit hours. Worth checking before you enrol if credits are the reason you are taking it.
How do I claim my CE credits?
Your certificate is the claim. Complete a CE-eligible course, and the credit hours are printed on the certificate automatically, so there is nothing extra to do in the Academy.

Are CE credits recognised outside the United States?
NAADAC credits are a US scheme, and other countries and professional bodies set their own rules. Your certificate records the course title, the hours and the date you finished, which most bodies accept as evidence of continuing professional development. Check with yours.
