1. Go to Login Portal
2. You will land on ISSUP.net. Enter the email and password you use for your membership.
3. ISSUP.net sends you back to the Academy, signed in.

There is only one account and only one password. The Academy doesn't keep its own.

Reset it on ISSUP.net, not here. Go to Reset your password, enter the email on your membership, and follow the link you are sent.

The Academy can't reset your password because it never had one.

Please check your junk/spam folders, as this email can be flagged by certain email filters. 

Sign out of the Academy and ISSUP.net, close the browser, then sign in again through log in button on the Academy website.  

Still stuck? Check your ISSUP membership dashboard. If that all looks right, contact support and tell us which email address you used.

You've been given provisional membership, which gives you access to ISSUP Academy. Once your membership has been fully reviewed and accepted, you'll receive an email and have access to all ISSUP products and services.

No. The Academy uses whichever email is on your ISSUP membership. Change it on ISSUP.net and the new one reaches us overnight.

Select your initial or photo at the top right, then Log out. On a shared computer, sign out of ISSUP.net as well and close the browser.

For security on shared devices, you'll be signed out automatically after two hours of inactivity.

Simply sign in again to carry on. Your progress is saved as you go, so you'll return to the screen you were on.
