I completed my courses on HealtheKnowledge. How can I get my certificates transferred to ISSUP Academy?
You cannot transfer your certificates. This is not possible on ISSUP Academy or on your My ISSUP dashboard.
I started a course on HealtheKnowledge - will my progress carry over to ISSUP Academy?
If you do not finish your course on HealtheKnowledge by the 31st December 2026, your progress will not carry over. You will need to start again on ISSUP Academy.
Can I finish a course on ISSUP Academy that I started on HealtheKnowledge?
No, you cannot. If you started a course on HealtheKnowledge, you needed to finish it by 31 December 2026.
