Activities will vary by course, but include, but are not limited to, short readings, broken up by interactive tasks, diagrams and videos. Scenarios where you choose how to respond, hotspots on an image, reflection prompts, and quick knowledge checks. Some courses assemble a summary as you go that you can download at the end.

Knowledge checks are short questions dotted through a module so you can test yourself. They give feedback immediately and don't affect your result. The assessment that does count is separate, and clearly labelled.

Work through every screen and pass the assessment at the end. For courses carrying NAADAC Continuing Education credits, every assessment in the course has to be passed at 80% or above.

Reaching the last screen isn't enough on its own. The assessment has to be submitted. Once you have passed, the course shows as complete in My Learning, and your certificate is issued, with a link available at the end of the course or program 

You will see the pass mark before you start. Courses carrying NAADAC Continuing Education credits require a score of 80% or above on all credit-seeking knowledge checks.

Didn't pass? Go back over the content and try again. There is no limit on how many attempts you get.

First check you submitted the assessment rather than just reaching the last screen. Open the course, go to the assessment and submit your answers.

If you did submit and pass, sign out and back in so My Learning refreshes. Still showing in progress after that? Contact support with the course name.

Some courses offer a summary or handout inside the module. The course content itself is meant to be used online and isn't downloadable, as it remains the intellectual property of ISSUP and its partners.
